Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hair extensions once the product has been opened, worn, or tampered with. We kindly request you to carefully consider your purchase before opening the package to ensure it meets your expectations.
2. Exchange Policy
If your hair extensions are damaged during delivery, we offer a hassle-free exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, please follow these steps:
a. Notify us within 48 hours: If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. You can reach us via email at contact@gushhair.com or call us at +91 89207 92053. We may require photographic evidence of the damaged item to process the exchange.
b. Packaging and Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, the hair extensions must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Please ensure that the product is securely packed to prevent further damage during the return shipment.
c. Return Shipping: We will provide you with instructions on returning the damaged item. The cost of return shipping for the exchange will be covered by Gushhair.
d. Exchange Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and send you a replacement product as soon as possible.
3. Refund Policy
In case of damaged items during delivery, and if an exchange is not feasible, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the product, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges. Refund will be 5 to 6 working days.
4. Non-Damaged Products
For non-damaged products, as stated earlier, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.
